A field blend of Arinto and Fiano white grapes, estate grown in our Organic/ Biodynamic vineyards here in Blewitt Springs.

The nose is a little tropical with flavours of honey, melon, citrus and pear.

It is off- dry and would pair nicely with seafood, Asian or Spicy dishes
