Our organic grapes were used to produce this Reserve Shiraz. We selected the best portion of the Shiraz produced in 2019 which was standout and worthy of bottling as our Reserve stock.
The wine was matured in fine quality, new American oak barrels giving it hints of dark plum, black cherry, caramel, fresh Basil and vanilla. The result is a nicely balanced wine with great structure, fine tannin’s and a good acid line.
It pairs well braised beef, grilled meats and vegetables, roast lamb and hard cheeses.
