What is your personal favourite wine from your range?

My personal favourite is the 2017 Reserve Shiraz. I had four new American Oak barrels in 2017 and approximately twenty aged barrels. Before bottling we tasted all the barrels and two of the new American Oak barrels were stand out. Because of this we decided to make a reserve from the two barrels. This produced only one pallet of wine.
We send the Reserve to be judged by Halliday and Wine State Magazine in 2021 and were lucky enough to receive a gold medal from both organisations for this wine.
